Join Dorset artist, Shaun Forward on his popular Urban Sketching Group Workshop. We will have a base venue within a specified coffee lounge, hotel or pub – and after initial introductions to each other, an overview of typical kit and techniques, we’ll start with a few warm up excercises and then go out into the town to be coached on Urban Sketching.
Limited to a maximum of 6 places, members of this friendly, small group will be coached to observe and sketch from life to build upon their own individual abilities. We’ll explore different techniques and materials, challenge ourselves with swift five-minute sketching exercises before embarking upon sketching the smaller details and bigger picture at our given location.

Please note: Unlike several other workshops you might have seen online, these Workshops are not online broadcasts or video downloads, where everyone follows the same reference photo or colouring template to achieve a batch of copycat results! My Workshops are live and personal.
Timeframe: 10:00am – 3:00pm
Workshop fee: £60pp includes basic materials, my companion guidebook and constant coaching.
