Workshops

Public and personal liability: I remind all participants that they are responsible for themselves, their own belongings, safety and wellbeing. However, neither myself or the host venue will be able to take responsibility for loss, theft, accident or damage.

Workshop policy: All-abilities welcome. Tutoring matched to each personal level within the group. A positive and friendly attitude is encouraged. Always sketching outdoors from life, unless very wet, when an indoor or undercover areas will be sought. Bring own equipment if you have any, but basic materials will be supplied and occasionally my own personal materials will be available to try or experiment with. Basic typical equipment to bring if possible; cartridge or watercolour paper/pad, pencil, eraser, fineliner pen(s) or fountain/ dip pen & ink, watercolours or coloured pencils/pastels, or charcoal. Lightweight folding stool or chair
To avoid 50% non-returnable cancellation fee, notice is required at least five days prior to the event day.
When coming by car, ensure parking limit allows for at least the duration of the workshop.
Allow for purchasing a light snack for our working lunch. Some workshops will suit a packed lunch.
Very occasionally, workshop dates and / or locations might be subject to change – I reserve the right to do this when deemed absolutely necessary.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
